Dynamic neurofeedback is an advanced technique that provides real-time information about brain activity and allows for real-time customized adjustments through sound (music). This technology is designed to train the brain to function at peak performance levels. It is often used to treat various neurological and psychological conditions, as well as to enhance cognitive performance and overall well-being.

It’s mathematically designed to directly communicate with your central nervous system and has been called “the most effective bio-hack on this planet.”

This technology exists in more than 70 countries, with over 2500 sessions conducted worldwide every day (a number that continues to grow)

How does it work?

Just as we go to the gym to train our muscles, dynamic neurofeedback does the same, but with the brain.

Thanks to the brain’s innate ability to self-correct when given the right information, the equipment uses this principle to conduct training based on real-time brain patterns detected in EEG.

Inconsistency or abrupt changes in brain’s electrical activity undermine optimal brain functioning. NeurOptimal® detects these abrupt changes and informs the brain about these sudden shifts through interruptions in the sound you are listening to. These almost imperceptible pauses invite your central nervous system to pull away from the less-than-ideal path it was on. This happens repeatedly until natural self-correction becomes your new normal, and your brain functions more efficiently, effectively, and comfortably. When this happens, you sleep better, feel less stressed, can focus more easily, and experience the joy of a calmer life, despite external challenges.

Number of sessions:

Every nervous system is unique, and response time may vary.
Some people feel the effects after the first session, while others need more training sessions for noticeable changes.
It is generally recommended to complete 10 to 12 sessions to establish a good balance, followed by monthly maintenance after this initial phase.
