What is it?

The psychology sessions happen in a secure, welcoming environment where each person’s individuality is treated with respect.  It is a collaborative process, between the client and the psychologist, with an emphasis on becoming aware of one’s feelings, thoughts and habitual behaviors, and how one can respond to those habits in new, more flexible ways.
