What is it?

Chiropractic care is a manual technique for diagnosing, treating and preventing nerve, muscle and bone problems through a set of techniques that are able to move the vertebrae, muscles and tendons into the correct position.

Physical trauma, bad posture, sedentary professional life, some sports, overweight, and obviously stress, can reduce the mobility of one or more vertebrae and thus cause nervous interference, muscle tension and organic dysfunction.

How does it work ?

Chiropractic uses special movements that restore joint mobility (spinal or other joints) thus relieving pain and muscle tension.  This, in turn, results in an increase in blood flow, a decrease in blood pressure.  The body heals, and you feel better!

How it’s done

The chiropractor begins with an assessment of your posture and analyzes your joints to determine your range of motion. Afterwards, he makes a series of movements in the spine, muscles and tendons to free or mobilize the joints. The chiropractor may also make exercise guidelines for postural correction and muscle relaxation techniques to continue at home.
