We hold regular classes on Healthy Cooking. Here you will learn how to cook delicious dishes that are also good for you! We follow the principles of Natural, Vegetable, Therapeutic and Macrobiotic food.
Each course delves deeply into various types of food (plant based proteins, whole grains, vegetables, etc.) as well as their correct preparation. At the end of the course participants will be able to prepare healthy and balanced meals according to the principles of natural eating.
The full course consists of 4 classes held every 15 days.
Classes are held on Saturdays from 15.00 to 19.30.
After class, a dinner is served with the recipes made in the class itself.
At the end of the course the participants will have learned to make and prepare:
- Whole grains (brown rice, millet, quinoa, bulgur, barley, buckwheat).
- Legumes
- Other plant proteins (Tofu, seitan, tempeh).
- Healthy sauces and seasonings.
- Assorted desserts (cakes, mousses, gelatins, crumble, etc.).
- Assorted soups with vegetables and whole grains.
- Miso Soup.
- Vegetable dishes & Salads.
- Healthy snacks (sweet and savory).
- And much, much more !
Due to the strong practical component, class sizes are limited.
All students receive a Healthy Eating Manual along with all recipes that are made.
